Restaurant Takeover Fundraiser

Timing: Events can be scheduled Monday through Thursday, or Monday through Wednesday depending on the location, between 4 PM and 9 PM.
Promotion: Your organization is responsible for promoting the event through flyers, social media, emails, and other channels. You must use images and graphics provided by Old Scratch or get approval from Old Scratch for designs you generate yourself.
Participation: Supporters must mention your organization when ordering in person or use a designated promo code for online orders to ensure their purchase counts toward your fundraiser.
Donation: After the event, we will calculate the total qualifying sales, and 20% will be donated to your organization.

We welcome a variety of community-focused organizations to participate in our Restaurant Fundraiser
events. Eligible groups include:

Educational Institutions: K–12 schools, PTAs/PTOs, school clubs, and university organizations.
Youth and Sports Teams: Little League, soccer teams, cheer squads, and other youth athletic groups.
Nonprofit Organizations: Registered 501(c)(3) entities, including animal shelters, food banks, and community service groups.
Community and Cultural Groups: Libraries, community centers, cultural associations, and similar organizations.
